Our recovery coaching provides one-on-one and couples support for individuals and partners who want to rebuild their lives after addiction. Coaches walk with clients through real-life challenges, helping them set goals, stay accountable, and develop healthy rhythms that support long-term recovery. It’s practical, personal support for people who are ready to make lasting change.
Weekly Group Sessions
​We offer two structured group sessions each week designed to support ongoing recovery and personal growth.
ERS Group – Wednesday Evenings
A guided, structured programme that helps participants understand addiction, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for sustainable recovery.
Recovery Group – Thursday Evenings
A supportive, open discussion space where individuals can process real-life challenges, share victories, and stay connected to a healthy recovery community.
